Mediation
|
What is Mediation?
Mediation is a cooperative, interest-based process of negotiation managed
by a neutral third party with the goal of mutually resolving the problem in a way that is satisfactory to both sides
This process is not legally binding and is why many persons opt for Mediation. Because there are no courts involved,
individuals can come up with their own choices rather than being forced into an agreement by the courts or arbitration.
As the mediator, I facilitate the process so that each party is heard in a non-threatening way and differences can
be worked out so all parties involved can come to an agreement everyone agrees upon.
If you do not want to go to
the courts, or you have a dispute that you cannot seem to work out then contact Susan Faber for an interview to see if this
is right for you.
Susan Faber offers one free half hour interview with either one or all parties
involved. Please contact her office today at 403-851-0333.
