Use the weight of a nickle or a dime - if you are not sure use less pressure as less is more!!!
You are not
actually pushing anything. Instead think of the "wave" of the fluid taking you in like the ocean. If
you just can't do this then stroke slowly, gently and pretend - it will still work.

or into the hollow of the collarbone - slow 1-2-3 strokes
always start and finish with the collarbone.
gently
stroke the armpits - again slow 1-2-3
then gently stroke the groin - into the crease. Remember - no poking
- feel as though your hands are a boat on the water. Slow 1-2-3
then back to the collarbone and do more strokes.
if
all else fails - at least do the collarbone.
Remember - you cannot do this too much - the only thing that will happen
is that the toxins may actually move through your body and out! Yeah.
